Both Parties Are Losers Poem by Hebert Logerie

Both Parties Are Losers

In a divorce proceeding
Both parties are losers
Only the lawyers are winners
While the judge is laughing
The children are sobbing and crying
The husband left holding
A stinking empty bag
And the wife and friends brag
All day and night long
Ladies and gentlemen, that's wrong
My advice to you, my friends
Try to find a common ground
Before things get out of hands
Work on a solid background
Improve tolerance and friendship
To build a better relationship
Keep the knives and the forks
Hidden, stocked and tucked
In a safe place to save big bucks
And best of luck.
