Bower Of Dreams Poem by Soumita Sarkar

Bower Of Dreams

Rating: 5.0

In an universe of fantasy
one can see all mundane
invisible in reality
In a world made by own
grown on the desire's bone
natural instinct feeds it
with songs sweet and lovely
never to make one lonely

Borders on the same line
a world where I thrive alone
in company of someone
who gives me sweet memory
One who glide and slips
every moment around my home
This home is mine alone

Under clouds I see rocks
turn to flower's beauty
All dullness scared away
Every listless drop fly
Under this bower of dreams
My days sunny and green
My nights bring me joy
with pillow's softness shy
I rise up like dew
washed by nigh's song
I get to work for long
my home of hope never get dry

'Dreams' is one of the most fascinating states of the human mind, in dreams, the impossible becomes possible and vice versa. Many philosophers, psychologists, poets, and spiritualist have offered different accounts of it formation and its significance to our lives. This poem, in no doubt, is one that clearly paints a beautiful picture of dreams and how it contributes to our happiness and inner feelings. Great write!
