Brainy Fraud - Poem by samuel munachim

I sat in that hall
My body was still
Fingers fidgetting
Pretending to be
One of the students
Sitting aroound me
But I was a fraud
Writing this paper
For a certain girl
Who had put money
Into my pocket
The paper was French
She knew not English
And now this was French
She thought it madness
So I had to sit
To wait for the script
To help her to pass
For that was her aim
To pass without stress
And her empty skull
I was to sit there
While she lay under
The masculine rod
Of her latest catch
Sucking in his sperm
My conscience was numb
Before it had been
Simple assignments
They would recopy
What I had written
Then came term papers
They saw I had skill
So they presented
Heaps and heaps of them
One for one thousand
Write and recopy
Nearly the same thing
Did I really care
Would the lecturer
Bother to read them?
Then came the projects
This one a survey
That a case study
Pick a sample size
Share out resumes
To the respondents
I found in my dream
I would code data
Hastily construed
On the report sheet
For them to pick up
A humbug I was
Without compunction
But so were they all
From top to bottom
In the faculty
In this my nation
Most heads are empty
The teachers are dull
And the brainy lads
Are drained off abroad
When it is found out
That I too am smart
I would gladly plead
To be drained off too.
