Life isn't a still stream
Sometimes it can push you
into uncharted territory
Where you aren't too familiar
Conditions are a bit peculiar
My heart will...
Let nothing go and break my pride
Can't nothing try and hold me down
My mind is set in motion
Let nothing go and break my pride
I would never let me drown
My mind is set in motion
No bad weather will last
times can often get rocky
I will not let it stop me
I'm in the here and now looking towards a brighter future
and it's pleasant as the ocean tide that run much smoother
Never let the tide rise in anger
Never let the tide pull me under
If I shall swim in dangerous waters
I will always swim against the tide
