Breathe - Poem by katie badham

Take it slow, slow as can be
Don't worry, your not losing me
Trust bound between us two
No one will ever take the place of you
I gained a feeling so far beyond happy, that's what I achieved.
I do love you but you have to let me breathe.
My feeling have never changed, they will always be the same!
But I need to breathe!

    Trust bound between us two......
You have to keep the cage door open to make the bird stay. Nice poem Katie. keep on writing.

Nice and sweet poem! ! ! I also love very much short poems talking about love.Love is one of the greatest inspirations for the poet no matter if he feels good or bad, happy or sad.It helps him to rebuid a new world to the poetry where there are only things like 'broken hearts, springs, birds, stars, seas' all of them into a new poetic language.
    Congratulations - Keep writting +10! ! !

    A complete poem in itself,
I do love you but you have to let me breathe.
