Breathe Poem by Jacquelyn Ireland

Breathe

Rating: 5.0

Just breathe, through the pain and the tears,
Just breathe even though your heart is breaking.
Breathe even though your sick of your life
And your broken dreams.

Take every breath as it were your last because
You never know if it might be.
Life is worth living, no matter how horrible you think it is,
Your whole world could change for the better in an instant.

Breathe until God calls home,
Then you know its your time.
Live your life for the best and be the greatest you can be,
Strive hard for what you want, you just might get it.

Valiant spirit, Jacki: your indefatigable resilience is a tonic to this old man on the brink of defeat.
