Breeze And Steam Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Breeze And Steam

Breeze and steam

A sponge on the deck in ocean, vast
Suck in each moment the sea’s mist
Sail forward in the fog, ship’s breeze
Leopard, a fighter at its home is free
Visconti on the screen, Italy’s history
Edit says “Sorry! In US turned lousy”
“The brains” woman says “Are leftist”
Mesmerized, I am here, need thinking
Lombardo, Tancredi, also a Garibaldi
Taliban for gas pipe, politic-McCarthy
Facts and arts, books, brushes, money
Are you as confused? No fears, be true
World is rich with wetness I’m sponge
I am a container and grow by learning

Steamy logic pen is ahead, I'm losing
