Britannia. Poem by Tom Allport

Britannia.

I came
I saw
I thought about
What a wonderful place
To become a layabout
With rolling green hills
And idyllic views
I'll lay my hat
Then await the news
But even though someone said
Many roads lead to Rome
That's not for me... I Carausius
Britannia is now my home.
