How true is it?
The saying that love don't cost a dime
For I'm stuck here wishing I could go back in time
Back to when loving you wasn't a crime
Back to when I was the reason for your smiles
I'm Still astonished on how fast tables can turn
Still in pains for not being able to move on
I still weep for the strangers we've become
I never thought you'd leave, never thought we'll end
Too much damages and we can't even be friends?
Broken in and out yet we can't help but to pretend
Its so quick, how the world brought down what we built
Can't even look you in the eyes, for I'll burn up with guilt
I try so hard not to hold on to these memories
Of when your presence filled my heart with ecstasies
Now we have no choice but to bury these feelings deep into our hearts
For its resurrection would only tear us apart

What a beautiful poem! A heartbreaking account of separation and the day after. Great poetry.
