take a look
through the broken
window
of my heart

inside you'll find
pain, lost love,
fear, confussion,
and terror

there is
so much traffic
running inside
my head
don't know
what to do
next

the window
of my heart
has been
cracked
many times
beore
and i've made
it through

but just like
a window
my heart can
only take so much
before
it eventually
breaks

this time was to
much
it hurt to bad
it's to late now
the window has
already
been broken

take a look through
the broken window
see what i used
to be
no chance of ever
getting that back
look at who i
am now
this is how it is

my life is
screwed up
all i want is
to go home

but no i can't
do that
i'm not alould
to do that

see the girl
who wants
so
despratly to
get out
of all the
heartache
she's in right
now

look through
the
broken window

see me, not the
girl
look past her
look past the
desiving image
before your eyes
see me

the girl who wants
to be loved
to be safe, and cherished

the girl who doesn't
want ot be hurt
and kicked down
any longer

put your hand through
the
broken window

touch my heart
put the warmth
back in it

show me
everything i've
missed before
love me
like
never before

look through
the
brokern window
and see
the real me
