i remember
the first time i saw you
you caught my eye and made my heart beat fast
i remember
the first time you said those three little words
you sounded so happy and nervous at the same time
i couldn't help but laugh
i remember
when you couldn't stop talking
because you were so happy
that i was yours
i remember
our first fight
and how you knew the words to say and how to hold me
so that i wouldn't be mad anymore
i hated that, but loved how you took care of me
then i remember
when it ended
and you cried
that like dto have killed me
and i rememeber
when you left
without a sound
my heart cried out loud
that hurt so bad
and it still does
and until i see you again
i'm always with you
just look in your heart
i've always been there
i remember
everything we had
everything we were
and those words that made it so hard
to live another day
when you left
i love you
i always will
