Whenever I pass the road
To the contagious Hospital
I thank God
It was not me in there
Trapped in a bubble of care
All wrapped up in protective clothing
Lying there strapped to a bed
Drips in all kinds of places
Hooked up to numerous humming machines
Doctors and Nurses always prodding
My dignity gone out the window
Yes thank god its not me.
