Burden Of Eternity Poem by Anthony Onoja

Burden Of Eternity

In the void comes calling the rhetorics of bewildering moaning
the suites of yesterdays abound the shackles of today
In the drip of eternity comes the felony of time
Is it all a lie we have all been living?
the passion that surrounds our souls
Atlas! we all swim in Ganges of indecision
The sweet smell sin brings when we order our menu
put us all on judgment payroll
The long-lasting pension of life abounds in immortality.
