Buried Poem by emi C.X

Buried

Calm down, don't tremble your story
recover your gangly body,
tell me all about your troubled sleep.
You say this man had no face,
but he was the scariest one of them all?
He doesn't live in your closet,
he doesn't live under the bed,
all you did was try to fled.

Fly fly away remember what others tell you,
that what isn't there isn't real,
but you and me both know how memories leave
a painful mark, a hateful weave,
unleash everything you feel.

Come closer, you're getting weaker.
He lives forever in your memory
he will never ever leave.

Drown in the dark, drown in the silence,
I understand, that awful lonely place you feel a little balance.
You have yourself, live now, in the instance.
You might be gone tomorrow,
how beautiful will it be to finally rest your wild imagination,
away from all movement, away from all notion.
All the useless prayers, all hopes killed
all dreams buried deep in the dirt.
