When things go wrong as they sometimes can,
Think afresh, find the cause(s) and solve;
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When troubles come incessantly,
Maintain your calm, just do your best;
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When hounded by ‘foxes and wolves',
Find an exit or climb a ‘tree',
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When failures stare in ways galore,
Recharge and make a newer start,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When feeling lonely, forsaken,
Remember God is your best friend,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When facing life's ‘troughs, vales and downs',
Think of the mounds and hills near-by,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When caught by wrong foot in your life,
Use the other, steady your stance,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When pushed towards the ledges's edge,
Apologise and save your life,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When found amidst life's storms and gales,
Be patient till the calm arrives,
But Don't You Give Up, Man!
When grief and sadness overwhelms,
Take heart again, for bliss is near,
So, Don't You Give Up, Man!
