'But Then One Came Along' Poem by Amilek Elizondo

'But Then One Came Along'

But then one came along and he saw me.
He says he loves me, he says he listen to my soul.
His eyes are deep and his hands every dent they have restored.
From his mouth I hear sweet sophistication, endless words of affirmation; Every kiss is a delicious confirmation.
His grin so beguiling summoning my heart to melt. Enticing my very being to love him, a grin for which my body has knelt.
Yes! He has come along.
He thrills my senses and makes me dream; Of endless possibilities to be seen, to be seen!
