The killer
is shrouded by
a cloud of
doubt

the would be killer
is doubtful

does it matter now
if he gets acquitted?

someone is dead
someone is killed
ergo, someone is
survived by the
weeper,
ergo, someone must
account as the
killer.

the ripple of doubt
stumbles
upon the dead one
who wants to
come.

we see a scale
and tilts it between
this doubt and
that certainty.

a bridge is covered
by a fog
beyond it no one
is seen

you tread upon it
and arrives at the
conclusion by the wind
of an eye.
