Bye Bye First Love Poem by Lilia Fer.

Bye Bye First Love

Rating: 4.0

I never had any experience with boys
You fascinated me— in every shape and every form
When your hands touched my cheek for the first time
My body felt like a storm

I don't remember much about you, I must admit
You called me cute
And pretty, pretty girl
Never did my butterflies took such flight!

Your favorite dessert was lemon pie
Your favorite subject, Math
You were just that amazing guy
And I was just the average girl.

And that's all I remember.

I looked forward to you. Everyday.
I started using makeup and tried to be a little sweeter.
I never slept without smiling
Well, I forgot to mention you were a cheater, didn't I?

Had only I know:
I should've used the certain words

Had only I know you’re the biggest liar ever!
