Caged Love Poem by LongLive BrokenHeart

Caged Love

What a twisted world love lies within, for I am forced to love in anguish. Wars, and family feuds distract all rational and bar my desires from existence.
I must silently watch my heart walk by or speak so softly with her through a window in the dead of night. It's as if my heart is caged, it's demand to remain tame, despite the tease or lingering passion outside.
My heart is full of passion, yet i shall not give it to her. I shall not get her tied up in my wars, I have to battle alone.
I shall stay away from her, not to be rude. But protect her. I'll stay away from her till I am able to control the beast inside.
I will give her back her love, because gave to me but i could not love her back. Just wait and see. I can never leave you my, only love. And if i shall die, i will be there still protecting you with my life.
This beast, this monster inside is to dangerous. And I do not want to hurt you.
This beast will die once and for all
