Calendar Of Our Years Poem by Dorsey Baker

Calendar Of Our Years

The calendar turns,
Months go by-
People live and
People die,
Time goes marching from
Year to year,
Some memories
Bring laughter and
Some memories
Make us shed a tear-
Have some victory and
Some regret,
Some things
We'd like to remember and
Some things
We'd like to forget-
Time has made us older, our
Bodies and faces show the signs-
But we remember our
Youth and happier times!
