</>Must there be another day of fear and distress?
Must there be no peace! no hope! no happiness?
Must there be cries of no milk! no bread! no meat?
Must hunger pervade evry street?
Must everyone be labelled poor?
Must misery lurk behind every door?
Must there be no justice! no freedom! no peace?
Must violence of all types increase?
Must greed and intolerance cause grave corruption?
And bring with them brutal retalition?
Must men and women in various places be found dead?
Or dragged from their beds and shot in the head?
Must our young ones just disappear
Leaving their beloved in grief and fear?
For the sake of God and humanity
Let's try to build a society
Where we can all co-exist peacefully!
