Call Me. Poem by Daniel Ukwe

Call Me.

Rating: 5.0

Call me in the midst of the storm,
When the thunder roars and the rain pours.
Call me when you need to be held,
And let me soothe your fears as they're quelled.

Call me when you're feeling alone,
When the world seems too much to bear.
I'll wrap my arms around you tight,
And remind you that I'm always there.

Call me when you need to talk,
And I'll listen with an open heart.
I'll hold your hand and wipe your tears,
And together we'll find a brand new start.

Call me when you need to laugh,
And we'll share a joke or two.
We'll forget our troubles for a while,
And bask in the warmth of me and you.

Call me when you need a friend,
And I'll be here for you always.
For in this world of chaos and change,
Our love will never fade away

Call Me.
