Camera, Camargue, (Come Here) Poem by Effie Yalena Steyn

Camera, Camargue, (Come Here)

Rating: 5.0

Wow. Your intelligence amazes
my blank chessboard brain.
Unlike A Scanner Darkly where the poor
man cries in vain.
I cried for you, I'll have you know,
I cried 'cos I missed your touch.
I cried so hard it scared me that
I think of you that much.
When I catch a glimpse of your shoulder and see strength
unlike them
I want it.

I have a picture that I'll come back to in later
years when maybe I won't feel this then.
ACH Y FI.
Come here to me.

This poem feels...a bit jumpy I think. But then again, I can't really judge. Anyway, I like the ideas.
