Can We Do It? Poem by james watkin

Can We Do It?

Just for to pause
And so let pass
In its own sufficient time
A day; slow as!

To be changed by
As to allow!
Tense-eased, life-gripped; as showed
For wrinkled brow!

To give it, here grassed
That courtesy.
Eerie-stepped, * restores our sense
Of Eternity.

* Windiness
