Can we measure love?
It could have been easier if there's only a way to do it.
…If there's only an instrument that can quantify it
…If only there's a mathematical equation that can solve it
…If only there’s a scientific way to define and measure it
…If only

Many say that love should be given unconditionally.

Perhaps,
That's the reason why we can not measure love at all.
For if it can be measured…
Then people might ask for the same weight or size or
depth or height of the love they have given.
If it can be solved mathematically,
Then people would love a person because
love can be readily solve with a formula.
If it can be explained scientifically,
Then all of our experience about love
can be easily and readily defined and predicted.
If we can quantify love,
Then love will be limited.
Eternity will just be a dream.

The best way we can measure love is…
how much one person is willing to give up his life to keep that love.
Maybe,
On how much a person would and could sacrifice to let that love stay.
Possibly,
On the trust we give...
Or the faith we hold...
Or the hope that we seize…
Probably,
On the patience or the kindness we give…
The will to forgive despite of all the pain.
Or perhaps,
Love can be measured by
How much love the love given has produced love to the person loved.

Many say that love should be given unconditionally…

Perhaps…
That is the core reason why we can never measure love.

So… can we ever measure love then?

I am sure that we never ever can...

For love is everything…
Love is limitless...
