Candle Stick Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Candle Stick

Rating: 4.0

Nick,
Stick,
Pick,
Lick!
Session;
With the muse of the candle stick.

Ever busy! !
Not to be sick;
Case, base!
Along the coast.

Time and zones!
Meantime,
Meanwhile,
Smile, mile!
With the muse of the Nile,
In Africa.

Tile, file!
Playing around,
Like one riding a Motorcycle;
Like a Social Crusader!
Dock,
Lock,
Relationships! !
Very close;
Face to face,
Handin hand,
Not like a shipwreck.

Fair love with the fair heavens!
Recorded part of history;
Always in chains and,
Always in pain! !
To have,
Not to have,
Slave, wave, save!
Candle Stick;
The strong wind was against you.

Myself,
Yourself,
To be cared for;
Candle Stick! ! !
Treat me with kindness and permit me to speak for myself.

Access,
Boldness! !
Task,
Mask,
Ask;
Insistence!
Until daybreak.

Candle Stick!
New minds,
New love,
New treatnents,
New treasures,
New works! !
On Safety Grounds;

Hardship and great loss!
Him or her;
But a quiet and a peaceful life is whatyou need.

Feed, seed, reed, creed, need!
You did the same thing,
You did it ignorantly! !
Facing the ways of life.

From afar to meet you,
With the same Motive;
Core! Sure! !
A little further,
And to open up the Golden Doors of peace.
