Process is erosion
Flowing fluid carries
Particles of soil and rock
River goes gradually down.

Grand Canyon, USA
Is one of the largest
Tsangpo Canyon, Tibet
Is deepest as measured.

Fish River Canyon, Namibia
Cotahuasi Canyon and
Colca Canyon in Peru
Are canyons worthy to note.

These lines list a few
Not mentioned're many
Rivers naturally carve
Gorgeous marvels on earth.

Canyons and gorges
In Asia, Europe, Africa
The Americas and Greenland
Are natural wonders galore.

One must make it a point
To visit and feel some canyons
Sure others can be visited
Virtually on the tube.
