'Cathedral Of The Divine { Senryu }

A Prolix Prologue To A Succinct Work (Senryu)

In New York City, there are many Churches that
over the years have become both secular and non-
secular houses of that millions of people visit
each year. Old and beloved architecture that have
been deemed as official historical landmarks, and
yes, sacred and blest sanctuary for the strong of
Faith. Tourists come from every round corner of
the Earth to visit New York, and almost always in-
clude one or more of the City's Churches to their
vacation bucket list.

The most notable & far most visited is St. Patricks
Cathedral just across from Rockefeller Center in
the Heart of Manhattan. However, a close second
is The Cathedral of St. John The Divine, also in
Manhattan. If you have never been to N.Y.C. but
plan to someday, these are 2 Must Stops on your
site seeing agenda, whether are not you subscribe
to religion...Even if you are a practicing atheist!
The below work is a Contemporary 'Ku composed
with the Syllabic requirement of Traditional Ku'.
