Caught Up In My Imaginations Poem by Unlimited Poet

Caught Up In My Imaginations

Tonight, tonight is the night
Stars and beam of lights start to fight
Just my imagination no hallucinations
What I see is a big scene, filled with simplicity
How can such a beautiful sight be true?
The scenery of the sky makes me weep
Strands of clouds begin to block my wishes
'Let there be stars, let there be light! ' I cried
I then shut my eyes. The noises of shivers,
birds, and roosters beaking amongst the distance
Weird cries and raging thumps surrounding me
Opening my eyes was the speed of light
and shooting stars
Yet to realize my eye lids were still contacting one another
I see the still of the night
It was only an imagination
