Cemetery Poem by Joshua Flores

Cemetery

Unmovable walls of white
Frightening in stature
Still in sight
Herolds of rapture

They do not scare
Yet they fill you with dread
The truth is its not fair
You'll meet your inevitable end

They tell a tale
Of a time far away
Stories that Hale
From the forgotten day

The unmoving sentries still as night
These white walls will still seek to remind us
Of all those who fight
For all of our rights.

Nice. I especially like the last three lines: These white walls will still seek to remind us Of all those who fight For all of our rights. Many people have fought and died to keep us free.
