I'm Stepping on nothing but faith
hoping that you will do nothing to hurt me
My trust in you has re-risen
The way you look into my eyes with such passion
Allows me to see your pain and sorrow for the past
You see me and can't help but smile
A smile hidden within the shadows of your mind for so long
Every breathe you take
Is so full of love
Full of honesty and truth
The way you run to hold me
Wanting nothing else but to remain in my arms forever
I realize the person you have become
This is why I push the past away
And think of what the future could truly be
And that's a future with you and me
I know times get rough
And though at times may blind us from the truth
But if we always look for our hearts to guide
Then we will have no problem
to the true love That resides inside
even if we search for sumone new
No other love can compare for what you have for me
And I have for you
I love and I cherish you
