just bought me another 5 tray dehydrator
and she is the bizzomb!
yes!
i have the potatoes of a small box
and i have my tortillas of one pack
now this is part where i get extra secretive cause a fambam recipe is a what? a fambam recipe
ooooooooooooo
aaaaaaaaaaaaah
all hands in
break!
let the trial and error sessions begin
with of course a notepad and pen
I'm recording the time
texture of hardiness
and then testers' facts and truths
all recorded

and yes i will get my tortillas in several types
and for some odd reason a sweeter treat arrived in my mindset of
coconut milk ice cream
with flash fried plantains (last stage) sliced (before) and chopped (after)
blueberries
juniper berries
boysenberries
and crushed sprinkled blue tortillas on top
sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg or allspice
drizzled across with honey
placed the chopped plantains on the sides like all the way around
the crushed crust is the blue tortilla on top situated
then all the rest
and i gotsa try that tonight on the real
i call that one "The Freaky Hue"
