Appearances to keep with people that don't care
Their amusement at differences to stare
Each peck of the beak feathers removed
With growing bald spots their suspicions proved
Become a tortoise amongst the chickens
With each peck the shell thickens
Hardened with blows of adversity
With bent beaks they'll appreciate diversity
