Child's Game - Poem by Eoin Brennan

This is my last words,
This is a silent song,
This is a little lullaby,
I'm just carried along!

Ever feel, Never feel,
The oddest sensation,
Ethereal breathings,
and sweet liberation!

Can't explain, Can't regain,
Forgotten shallow pain,
Ecsastic imaginings of what?
All those tears in vain!

Laughed and I forgot,
This, That and Whatnot,
Giddy joyful conqueror,
Love me, Love me not!
