Childhood Apprehensions Poem by Dennis Go

Childhood Apprehensions

The child strums
A six-string
In tune to his voice,
Gliding with notes
Transcending
To the mind and soul;
Apprehending
Lost, stale meanings
Expressed
With soothing sounds
Only his senses
Could hear.
