Chinatown Poem by Denis Olegov

Chinatown

Rating: 4.8

Billions of quiet steps
cracked under weight
of Cultural revolution.
Echoes of worshiping
to the red mummy.
In the bented minds
scorns the buried brain
of the Forbidden city.
With second comming
of the Chinese miracle
only the pragmatists
will survive.
The new ideas
will fall asleep.
