Christine - Poem by Leon Roskilly

Crystal like the sound
Heard only by the leaves, and the spirit of your heart
Ringing through the air, and singing through your mind
Ice, so warm to eyes that see, and understand
Stillness stirs and is gone, time waits no more.
Truth hidden behind a smile, a tear
Inside that secret place, where no one now goes
No one except a memory
Easing the pain of his whispered name
