Christmas Glitz Poem by C Richard Miles

Christmas Glitz

From the tree bright baubles hang;
Christmas crackers snap and bang.
Tinsel glitters glitzy gold;
Frosty fields glint crystal cold.
Cheerful carol singers sing.
Candles glimmer, flickering;
Adding to the festive scene,
Fairy lights flash red and green.
Shining stars make glistening snow
Sparkle on the ground below.
Gaudy scarves and knitted mitts
All add to the Christmas glitz.
