Circle Of Relation - Poem by Abdul Wahab Sukhan
I am constantly being divided into
Several rational and irrational divisions,
Until, I was undividable;
I was in perfect solitude of my soul
I would think of myself
Like a big hollow circle
Around its central point
Once, I thought that I should build up
Some relations to fill up my hollowness
And I drew another circle around
My central point….. my soul!
I named this circle a' new relation'
Likewise circles went multiplying
Every circle divided me bit by bit
Each circle envied the other
And struggled to surpass…
Even crowd of circles thronged
Towards my 'central point'
I got suffocated with chaos
Their rivalry to get closer
To the 'central point' has driven me in a fix
I have been awfully divided in sphere
To get along with swarm of circles has become
So terrible for me ….!
Now, even I cannot see the line of
My outermost circle…
From my 'central point'.
