We find many soldiers
With full of efforts and valor
Country has earned repute
This fact no one can refute

Civil exams are different
Top posts are vacant
Suitable candidates are not found
Even after vigorous search round

As it needs intelligence
Along with brilliance
It has proved little tough
But there is reason to smile or laugh

Many middle class boys have excelled
They have passed and marveled
Soon civil services may find new induction
Previously it had large influential people's induction

Civil servants should be from all classes
So they can claim to have knowledge of masses
All type of cultures and background is no strange
They can assess the situation and mange too
