Close At Heart
Throughout the years
while living apart
Amid smiles and tears
You've stolen my heart
When I close my eyes
It's you that I see
With a smile that implies
How you care for me.
Sometimes I wonder
What it is you see
A prize or a blunder
When you think of me.
But most of the time
I know how you feel
So I'll end this rhyme
With a kiss for a seal
