Clouds Around The Heart Poem by Juan Olivarez

Clouds Around The Heart

Clouds in themselves, don't mean cloudy days,
It is a state of mind.
Around the heart, clouds sometimes stay,
And the heart the sun can't find.

A gloomy day within your soul,
And a sunny day without.
Inside you feel bitter cold,
And without the sun is out.

It's best to banish the dark gray clouds,
And let the sun come shining through.
Sunshine is what it's all about,
Let it in and don't be blue.

Nice, reminds me of a song in some ways. Beautiful skill in writing it.
