Clouds Splitting Poem by Alexander Thomas

Clouds Splitting

Rating: 2.5

Future and past hath no bearing here,
Live in this majestic moment!
I have been as a dark moon,
But you chase away the shadows,
You are my sun!

Spirit bursts from the heavens,
As if clouds splitting,
With golden rays emerging to the best of days!
An absolute image of perfection!
Framed time!
The glorious present!
Splintered sky!
Fractured light!
Air cracked!

Let's light a fire between us!
You are a world of worlds,
Vast seas and high mountains,
Resplendent beauty!

Thee of sacred life,
Of eternal light,
Of sparkling colour,
You are richer than skies of fire!
Deeper than the ocean reflecting!
I waited an eternity for this moment now,
I will forever bathe in your glow!
