Cold Cold Winter Poem by Gio Masserati

Cold Cold Winter

Rating: 5.0

Cold Cold Winter
Coming around the bend
Just to say, okay

How will I fit in your day?
In your life? ...as your
Nicely, I think

Is there room for me?
In your heart?
Among your art?
It has been very long
We've both been apart
I'm trying to imagine
It looks good

Will my life fit with yours?
Spending loving hours
In a place called ours
I know we'll fit

Do you want me bad enough?
It may be rough
At first
Will I be loved?
Enough?
You know you'll be

Will the winter come
And go...with snow?
Will we ever know
Before spring?
Here's to hoping so
or
Is it going to be a Cold
Cold Winter
Again?
