Cold Lace In The Sky Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Cold Lace In The Sky

Lace was a Snowflake?

Let me show you something in the sky.
I told the snowflake I'll it by and by.
But the snowflake insisted.
And he and I twisted.

Suddenly this snowflake and I
Were in a vast region called the sky.
This snow version of lace
Put an amazed smile on my face.

It looked like lace.

But the snow lace covered the sky.
I tried to clutch it by and by.
But it alluded me.
I couldn't even it hardly see.

But how can snow look like lace?
This question I had to face.
Now the snow lace surrounded me
In this snowy sky so white and pretty.
