College - Poem by Sandra Osborne

So, this is college:
'Sitting here alone,
Wondering why the ant
Must crawl across
The bleak sidewalk,
To get to the dirt
On the other side.'

Yes, that is college. College is also answering the question of why the one-eyed chicken wants to cross the road?
Answer: There is a Birds-Eye Factory on the other side.
See, what college can do for you.
