Colossus. Poem by Tom Allport

Colossus.

Two British boffins
Tutte and Flowers
Where stationed at X
Working all kinds of hours
As the war raged on
All peace was quickly devoured
Then Tutte's colossus idea
Was promptly built by Flowers
It deciphered the Tunny Code
Shortening the war not just by hours
But by at least two years
And aided victory to the Allied powers.
