Comfort Zone - Poem by Phil Soar

I have a little comfort zone
where I can go to dream
where I can hide away from life
and nurse my self esteem
whenever I feel under stress
I head for my small room
and hide away a little while
before I then resume

It helps me with my daily toil
to know that zone is there
somewhere I retreat to
where I haven't got a care
and when I leave that place I love
I'm ready to begin
another day of nonsense
In this world that I'm trapped in

One must have a comfort zone to stay sane in this world. Thanks, Phil (Report) Reply
