Is a senior sensation
With an infirm approach
To life in the chill time
After struggling/thriving
And surviving

Respecting the wounds
Without buckling under
To cause and effect
With the strength and grace
Of faith, gumption and abstinence
After mind-sets get shaken
By stormy 'seas' that
Destroy or cast adrift.

Our God and a gentle tenacity
Will bring us upright
And awash in healing
With the wisdom to assess
Each step along the path
That leads to the top
For one final view
Of intent, ethics
And ballyhoo

Waxing poetic
Dancing and singing
Right up to
The End

You Are and
I Am
