A worker/professional must
Posses the capability to perform,
an ability that is inherent.
Learned skill is an asset,
fitness required of a good attitude towards work.
The kind of aptitude necessary for success
is proficiency.
Competency is natural of a person
with know-how,
or else he becomes useless!
